Dawn and Gianna Schirizzo

If I can choose anybody in the world to be the mother of my children I would have to look no further then the beautiful and caring woman that sits across the dinner table from me each night. Every time I look at how my wife and daughter interact it always drives me to hold back happy tears. My wife is not only a fulltime teacher/guardian to the 30 students that she teaches each year at Beardsley Elementary School, but she is the best teacher/guardian that I can ever wish on anybodies children. After working a all day my wife comes home and not only takes care of chores around the house, but finds time to sit down with my daughter and teach her each night. One would think that after teaching lessons all day the last thing a teacher would want to do is come home and teach again, but to my wife it is second nature and she enjoys every second of it. She puts up with my job's crazy unpredictable hours and very rarely shows that it bothers her. Her unselfish ways when it comes to raising our family is something that many parents can learn from. She has put off her future goals in order to create a beautiful family for her and me. Every night I go to sleep I thank god that I have the family that I do. I often hope that my daughter not only grows up with all of my wife's qualities, but finds a spouse that makes her as happy as myself.
