When Flowers Have Real Meaning

Our love for flowers is evident in everything we do, and we take pride in the fact that we’ve handed that passion down from generation to generation. At City Line Florist, our customers come to us in search of flowers for everything from births, birthdays, holidays, and weddings, and we eagerly help them mark these special occasions and life milestones. We’re ready to work our magic when customers come to us in search of flowers for sad times.

Flowers are always meaningful. When a loved one dies, the survivors are left to mourn. They may be overwhelmed by all of the funeral and legal arrangements to which they must tend. Extended family members, friends, colleagues, neighbors, and fellow church members may look for ways to show their support. One way to do that, and to offer comfort in a tangible yet wordless way is through flowers. Our Heavenly Heights Bouquet is one of our most beautiful sympathy arrangements, especially for women. We chose a combination of different types of flowers in shades of pink, arranging them in a tree-like shape in a white basket. We surrounded light pink gladioli with hot pink carnations, pink Matsumoto asters, pale pink mini carnations and alstroemeria. We added green huckleberry leaves as an accent and for contrast.

The death of a family member is devastating for their survivors. But the pain of the loss extends to all who knew and loved the deceased person. When you’re looking for flowers to extend your sympathies to the family, you can count on City Line Florist to create a spectacular design at a time when flowers have a real significant meaning.
