How is City Line Florist handling the COVID-19 pandemic?

Due to the recent developments surrounding the spread of COVID-19, the City Line Florist family wants to assure you that we are taking every step possible to ensure the health and safety of our clients, employees and partners.

We are closely monitoring the situation and adhering to all CDC protocols and guidelines. At our location, we are regularly washing hands, sanitizing all work stations, shares spaces, tools & products. Furthermore, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by packaging, food, or fresh products like flowers, but we remain vigilant in working to ensure safety remains the top priority.

Our delivery drivers will contact recipients in advance to arrange delivery and leave the delivery at the door, followed by returning to their vehicle to wait and ensure recipients have received their gift. These measures will avoid person-to-person contact.

Our top priority is to keep the entire City Line Florist community safe, and we will continue to asses and address the situation as it evolves. We thank you for your loyal business and we hope to see you soon. Don’t forget flowers

Are you offering no-contact delivery and pickup?

All deliveries are now with no-contact. We will call recipients to arrange the delivery to be left in a protected location for the recipient to pick up. We ask that you please call and confirm these details with us prior to placing your order to ensure they're handled correctly.

Additionally, For people who do not feel comfortable coming inside, please call us when you are in our parking lot and we would be happy to have your order curbside.  For those of you who place an order we will have the item brought outside the store to retrieve, limiting the exposure of interacting with others.

Are there deliveries to Hospitals, Funeral Homes and Long Term care facilities?

Due to the constantly evolving measures being taken to reduce the spread of COVID-19 some deliveries may be affected. We ask your patience and understanding in this matter. This is a case by case scenario and we are following all rules and regulations by each facility.
